Vegas
Using a predefined fact pattern, participants will take turns in both the role of the trucking company representative (deponent) and the lawyer taking the deposition. Each participant will have a total of approximately 30 minutes of time in action, critiqued by experienced faculty and other participants. The goal is for lawyers to try new techniques, strategies and approaches in a supportive educational environment. Participants learn from doing themselves as well as watching/critiquing others.
