This interactive workshop will focus on an often-overlooked aspect of trial: law and motion. Join Travis Davis, Head of Law and Motion at The Simon Law Group, and learn quick research skills that you can utilize during the heat of trial. Also learn how to decide which motions to file depending on how trial plays out. Topics will include: Motions in limine, pocket briefs, directed verdicts, and post-trial motions. Participants will discuss their own upcoming trials, and talk through trial tactics from a law and motion standpoint.
