This breakout group is going to take participants through the practical aspects of litigation and utilizing the testimony of treating providers to prove the damages case. We will demonstrate how to identify the key providers, prepare for depositions as trial testimony, and prepare for, and perform, a direct examination at trial. Participants will be shown examples of direct examinations and will be expected to perform a trial examination of a treating provider in front of the group.
